Welcome to Appliance Repair Jacksonville. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by Appliance Repair Jacksonville (referred to as "we", "our", "us") to customers (referred to as "you" or "your"). Service Scheduling
You can schedule a service by contacting us via phone, email, or our website. A service technician will visit your location at the scheduled time to assess and repair your appliance. We will make every effort to arrive on time; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing for our services will be provided upfront before work begins. We charge a diagnostic fee, which will be free you choose to proceed with the service. Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card. All payments are due upon completion of the repair, but if parts are ordered we will charge you a deposit.
Warranty

Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the appliance is accessible and ready for repair. If the appliance is not accessible or has issues that prevent the technician from performing the repair, we reserve the right to charge a service fee.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by the malfunction of your appliance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair or replacement of the defective part.
Communication Consent (SMS & Email)
By providing your phone number and/or email address, you consent to receive communications from Appliance Repair Jacksonville LLC, including appointment confirmations, service updates, and notifications from our team regarding your repair request.

Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services at any time, at our discretion, if these terms and conditions are violated. In such cases, any outstanding fees for services rendered must be paid immediately.
